As all personalised embroidery items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind or customer-approved errors.

It's just me, myself & I here in the background, I will do my best to have all orders ready as soon as they come through.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm (AEST) are dispatched the same business day for in-stock, non-personalised items.
Please allow up to 1-2 working days for all personalised embroidery orders to be completed before dispatch.
While we aim to meet these timeframes, dispatch times may vary during peak periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are subject to the shipping carrier.
