Exchanges
We hope you adore your new pieces, however, if you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us in an exchange for a credit note within 30 days of purchase.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@zayelle.com.au with your order number for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that as we are a small business, delivery costs will not be refunded.
Returns are at the cost of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.Â

Credit Notes
A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) and will be valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a gift card to be entered upon checkout.
