We aim to ship your order within 1 business day of purchasing however any custom embroidered pieces may take up to 3 business days. Any items purchased during our busy sale periods may be delayed as we aim to ship out all orders immediately after purchasing. 

Shipping across Australia can be sent via standard or express post.

Express shipping times within Australia
